Pinot Grigio is a light Italian white wine, with flavours of lime, lemon, peach, and apple that balance the acidity in a relatively dry wine, that should be drank fresh.

This wine is fresh, clean and crisp. It has lovely floral notes with subtle citrus taste. Hints of apples and pear also grace the pallet. An excellent wine at the cheaper end of the market.

Tip: - French it up to more of a pinot gris by adding 3-5grams of oak chips to the fermenting wine to add extra body and flavours of vanilla and oak.
